Terms of Service

1. Access

ShiftPulse is provided to employees and supervisors of the employer that licenses it. Accounts are issued by your employer and may be suspended or removed by them at any time.

2. Acceptable use

• Use your own account only. Do not share credentials.
• Clock in and out only for yourself, at the work site, using the posted QR code.
• Do not falsify schedule, overtime or attendance entries.
• Do not attempt to access records for employees you do not supervise.

3. Overtime

Overtime offers, seniority ordering, response windows and awards shown in ShiftPulse are a tool for administering your employer's rules and any applicable collective agreement. Where the app and the agreement disagree, the agreement governs. Disputes are raised through the in-app dispute form and resolved by your supervisor.

4. Timekeeping

Punches recorded in ShiftPulse support payroll but are not the final payroll authority. Supervisor corrections are logged with the actor, time and reason.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Always follow your employer's fallback procedure if the app is unreachable at shift change.

6. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time from Profile → Delete my account.
