Who this app is for

ShiftPulse is a workforce scheduling tool used by employees and supervisors of a single employer. Accounts are created and managed by that employer. There is no public sign-up.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, employee ID, crew, seniority date, role.
• Schedule and overtime data: shifts, vacation, OT offers, responses and awards.
• Timekeeping data: clock-in and clock-out times, the QR location scanned, and — only at the moment you scan — your device's coarse location, used solely to confirm you are at the work site. Continuous or background location is never collected.
• Notification data: push subscription, email address, delivery status.
• Camera: used only to read a QR code on screen. Images are never stored or uploaded.

How we use it

Data is used to build schedules, run fair seniority-based overtime rotation, verify attendance for payroll, and send you shift and overtime notifications. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the database, send email and deliver push messages.

Who can see your data

You can always see your own record. Supervisors and administrators at your employer can see schedule, overtime and attendance data for the crews they manage, because it is required for staffing and payroll. Other employees see only names, crew and seniority rank as needed for overtime ordering.

Retention and deletion

Attendance and overtime records are retained while employment continues and afterwards for as long as payroll law requires. You may request deletion of your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. Your login and personal profile are removed; anonymised payroll history may be retained where the law requires it.
