How this works

Your employer holds the employment records, so your request goes to an administrator at your company, who carries out the deletion. We aim to have it completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in access, email address, phone number and emergency contact
• Your notification settings, push notification tokens and registered devices
• Your overtime availability preferences and any support messages you sent us

What is kept

Deleting your ShiftPulse account does not delete historical employer records. Attendance punches, timecards, overtime awards and schedule history tied to hours already worked or paid are retained by your employer for payroll, scheduling, attendance, contractual, audit or legal reasons — without your contact details.
